Property Management Services

Leasing

• Preparing property for lease including repairs, cleaning and staging if necessary
• Complete marketing of property until leased with option MLS exposure
• Showings to prospective tenants / communication with rental agents
• Tenant screening
• Confirmation of tenant references
• Credit checks
• Lease Agreements

Management

• Communication with tenants
• Rent Collection

Fee Schedule

Leasing

• One-half of monthly rent amount
• For MLS listed properties, add up to 3% of total lease amount for renter’s agent

Management

• $95 per month for rent under $2,000
• $125 per month for rent between $2,000-$2,999
• $150 per month for rent between $3,000-$3,999
• $175 per month for rent of $4,000 or more
